*A deposit is forfeited in the event of loss or destruction. An additional deposit is required to re-issue keys/key cards. Deposits will be returned upon receipt of undamaged keys at the end of the year. Once it has been established that a student has lost his/her key and charges have been submitted through the business office, 不退款.

An initial invoice and a Payment Option Contract for admitted students are issued in July by the Business Office.

学生 who withdraw or depart early from the 缅因州科学与数学学院 may be due a credit for the unearned portion of the 食宿 charged based upon the refund guidelines listed below.

After being accepted, a non-refundable deposit of $5,000 must be made to reserve your space. The deposit will be credited to your invoice for 食宿, Tuition, 非居民学生费用.
